I'm Tuğçe Koçoğlu-Hobden, Founder of
Heart & Purpose and
Host of Light Conversations.
I am a Modern Day Mystic and I help people to connect with their
hearts so that they can lead with courage and act with
purpose.
Heart & Purpose was Founded in 2019 and has evolved into a Holistic Coaching & Healing Business to suit the needs of our modern times.
My mission is to help you
remember your gifts,
reclaim your magic and
reveal the Mystic within.
We live in exciting, yet busy and challenging times. I believe we are in the process of birthing a New Earth. As we navigate this paradigm shift and move towards heart-centred, authentic and harmonious ways of living and being, we are being asked to forgive, love and accept ourselves at an even deeper level than ever before.
I believe that in order to navigate this shift we must work through a healing process, individually and collectively. This includes healing our generational trauma and our ancestral lines through inner child healing and self-reparenting. It is no coincidence we are seeing a return to ancient practices, and a return to nature and her powerful healing properties. We have lost our way in the name of 'advancement'. We have forgotten who we are. We are being called to reconnect with our truth, our essence, our nature and remember that
we are nature. We are ready to evolve into more peaceful, compassionate, and accepting beings so that we can live more sustainably and harmoniously with this planet and all its beings.
Working with me and these modalities will fast track your awareness and growth, without going beyond what is optimal for you. I will support you to get unstuck, free yourself from self-imposed limitations, subconscious blocks, layers of conditioning and years of programming as you align with your authentic self, empowering you to step forward with clarity and confidence.
My work is designed for people who are juggling busy lives; families, businesses, careers. You may already be on a Spiritual path, or have had a mystical experience, a Spiritual or Kundalini Awakening. Or maybe you are just starting your path but have an inner knowing that is subtly guiding you forwards. I am here to support you through the unknown and to navigate the challenges with grace and ease. I will help you to reawaken your gifts, to let go of your past and embody your truth, even when the road ahead is not visible. I facilitate as the power lies within you.
However, please understand that healing, which is the same as change and transformation, does not mean that life's challenges will suddenly disappear. Modern Day Mysticism isn't magic in the Hollywood sense. Healing is a continuous process with many layers, but it does mean that you will be able to navigate those challenges with more awareness, from a more regulated and aligned place, with grace and ease.
This is the way of the Modern Day Mystic.

Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation and Human Design readings, as well as
online group programmes and self-paced courses.
These modalities are transformative and powerful. I know this from my own experience. As a Modern Mystic I practise and embody each one and they have supported me enormously on my own personal, transformational journey.
Aside from my business I wear many other hats...
I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. And I am also a qualified FA level 1 Football Coach for my daughter's team. Who says you can't be Spiritual and love football! It helps me to stay grounded and connected to my children and community. Let's face it, football could do with a bit of an uplevelling and sprinkling of Divine Feminine energies!
Before setting up Heart & Purpose, I spent two decades working in Global Digital Media Planning developing integrated Digital and Offline strategies for many Fortune 100 companies: HTC, Vodafone, Sony CE, PlayStation, Hewlett Packard Inc and Apple Inc.
