The gap between what you know and how you actually live. That is where my work begins.
WHAT I AM
Not another coach. An integrator.
The women who come to me aren't lacking information.
Their nervous systems are exhausted.
They are worn down by surface-level work: by mindset-only approaches, by performative healing, by spirituality disconnected from the body. Their nervous systems learned patterns of survival long before their minds had words for them.
They've been leading with their heads, disconnected from their body and their life force energy, unable to transmute knowledge from the intellect into embodied wisdom. They are done intellectualising their transformation. They are burnt out, and yet something ancient, deep within them, knows that this is not the end of the story. They are the phoenix, ready to rise.
I am a Spiritual and Energetic Integrator. I work across the psychological, somatic, energetic and spiritual layers of who you are, not teaching you from above, but witnessing, decoding, and guiding you toward real, rooted embodiment. Toward devotion to yourself. Toward the essence of who you were before the conditioning layered over you.
She does not want more information. She wants to be witnessed, decoded, guided, and integrated.
