THE JOURNEY

For two decades, I worked in global advertising and digital media strategy, supporting organisations such as Apple, Sony, HP Inc, and Vodafone.

On paper, I was successful. Inside, my body and soul were yearning for something else.

Burnout arrived in 2018, and with it, a body that was telling me something my mind refused to hear. What followed wasn't a series of setbacks. It was an awakening. Messy, disorienting, and ultimately the most profound gift of my life, one that cracked me open and brought me back to myself.

I didn't find this path. It found me. And in surrendering to it, I followed my heart and I found my purpose.

A Lifelong Rebellion Against Conformity

Long before I led global campaigns for tech giants like Apple and Sony, the mystical current was calling to me. At age 11, right before my first Chinese New Year experience, I discovered I was born a Fire Dragon. It planted a seed that would later define my life's work. With Uranus conjunct my North Node in Scorpio, I was never built for traditional, generic paths. My lineage is rooted in the untamed, deep-depth technologies of transformation — bridging the science of Kundalini anatomy with the raw, cosmic power of the Divine Dragons. I am here to hold a fiercely safe space for you to step into yours.

But my connection to the unseen began much earlier. As a child, I was drawn to western astrology, to tarot and dreams, guided by a deeply intuitive grandmother, who was also a channeller, and a lifelong love of Jungian psychology. Like many, I followed a traditional path, until spirit made it impossible not to return.

In 2019, Heart & Purpose was born as a sanctuary for those navigating awakening and transformation.

This work has never been only about personal healing. It has always been about what becomes possible when one woman remembers herself, and what that ripples outward into her relationships, her family, her world.

From Discord to Unity: The Call of the Heart

In October 1916, a woman named Fanny Bowditch wrote to the famous Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung. She was struggling deeply, feeling lost, out of alignment, and searching for answers outside of herself. Jung wrote back to her with a private letter that contained a line that would change the course of modern psychology:

“But your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Without, everything seems discordant; only within does it coalesce into unity. Who looks outside dreams; who looks inside awakes.”

This paragrah touched something deep within my own heart. Because at one time, I too was Fanny Bowditch, lost, out of alignment, searching for answers outside of myself.

When I founded Heart & Purpose, this was the exact boundary I wanted to help women cross. So many of us spend years looking outward, seeking approval — collecting modalities, certificates, and intellectual concepts — while our day-to-day lives still feel deeply discordant.

My work is the bridge between that external discord and internal unity.

As within, so without.

When you choose to stop looking outside for permission and turn your gaze cleanly into your own heart, the scattered pieces of your life naturally begin to align. You stop intellectualising your transformation and finally begin to inhabit it.
